You will lead event planning, conference participation, and outreach while managing CRM and disclosures policy in collaboration with senior teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in investor and media relations, strong communications skills, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or communications-related field.
• 5 years of experience in investor and media relations.
• Ability to manage account logistics and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of exchanges (Nasdaq, NYSE) preferred; strong IR/PR skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a global investor relations program aligned with client strategy.
• Coordinate IR events, webinars, road shows, and conference support.
• Identify conferences and manage registrations and 1x1 meetings.
• Develop corporate materials and press releases.
• Support investor outreach and CRM tracking of engagements.
• Analyze stock price movements and investor perceptions.
• Assist disclosures policy development and maintain disclosure records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
