Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in brand, communications or CXStrategy with 5+ years in healthcare advertising.
• Healthcare acumen across therapeutic categories and US pharma launches (DTC and HCP).
• 8+ years of direct management and leadership of senior strategists/directors.
• Mastery of strategic tools: journey mapping, workshops, qualitative/quantitative research, competitive analysis, personas.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling; ability to influence at senior client levels.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic authority across assigned brands with clear direction internally and externally.
• Architect and oversee development of brand, creative, communications, and omnichannel strategies.
• Identify opportunities to apply SH proprietary data, predictive platforms and new offerings.
• Lead new business pitches with a winning strategic vision and compelling storytelling.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Directors and Senior Strategists; enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with NA Strategy Lead and cross-office teams to elevate strategic craft.
