The role partners across business, operations, technology, analytics, and markets to simplify processes, improve member experience, and lay the foundation for future personalization and journey orchestration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years guiding large-scale transformation and enterprise product management.
Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise-wide product vision aligned to corporate strategy.
- Define multi-year transformation roadmaps across products and capabilities.
- Prioritize investments to maximize enterprise value.
- Chairs governance forums to resolve competing priorities.
- Partner with technology to deliver integrated roadmaps.
- Ensure execution against requirements, scope, milestones.
- Support stabilization and value realization after deployment.
- Travel up to 25%.
- Complies with policies and standards.
