Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum 10 years of overall legal experience.
• At least 3 years negotiating large-scale data center leases with hyperscalers.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of data center leases and service agreements with enterprise customers.
• Advise on deal structuring for complex transactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial management and project teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements supporting large-scale projects.
• Develop scalable legal infrastructure and manage outside counsel.
• Support compliance and risk management across legal operations.
