Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. is seeking a VP of Data Management - Architecture to lead requirements, data modeling, data movement, transformation mapping, automation, testing, and solution design aligned to enterprise data standards.

You will oversee large, complex EDM projects across Data Platforms, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Engineering, Reporting, Analytics, and Data Visualization, guiding technical teams and shaping client visions.

Qualifications

15+ years of Enterprise Data Management experience.
10+ years of consulting experience strongly preferred.
7+ years leading global teams.
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks for large-scale data solutions.
Knowledge of cloud services including security, access management, networking, monitoring, and cost management.

Responsibilities

Lead client management, delivery, and growth to meet revenue goals and cross-sell services.
Map client needs to products and solutions; lead the solutioning stage.
Collaborate with Sales to expand opportunities and deliver new solutions.
Grow EXL Data Management capabilities through best practices and leadership.
Oversee vendor relationships and drive data management tool selections and deployments.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior consultants and engage in recruitment.
