Job summary
Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a VP, Corporate Executive Program to design and roll out a nationwide executive wealth planning platform. You will lead the creation of scalable planning solutions for corporate executives with complex equity compensation and liquidity needs, driving AUM growth and revenue per client.
This remote leadership role requires 10+ years in wealth management, strong equity compensation expertise, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams while expanding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
- 10+ years in wealth management with HNW/UHNW experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in equity compensation planning (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPPs).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel nationally and work remotely as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the executive wealth planning platform.
- Drive revenue via high-margin strategies and client onboarding.
- Activate existing pipeline and accelerate revenue realization.
- Enable advisors through training and go-to-market enablement.
- Scale the platform nationally with centralized specialist support.
