Spring Health is a global mental health company seeking a Vice President, Consultant Relations who will own the end-to-end consultant relations strategy. This remote role requires significant travel 4–6 times per quarter to engage with consulting partners and industry events.

Qualifications

• 7 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams focused on large/jumbo employer clients.
• Deep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firms.
• Experience navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a bias toward action.
• Exceptional communication skills with candor in high-stakes negotiations.
• Strong analytical rigor and data-driven approach to market opportunities.
• Authentic alignment with the mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a consultant relations strategy to drive Spring Health awareness and advocacy in the employer/Health Plan space.
• Lead and develop a team of Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers.
• Drive pipeline growth through partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.
• Educate the market by building high-level relationships with leaders across top-tier consulting firms.
• Partner with marketing to execute consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align on shared mission.
• Provide competitive intelligence to inform product and growth roadmaps.
• Create an environment of psychological safety and trust within the team.
• Translate company strategy into clear goals and success criteria for the Alliances team.
• Manage team capacity and remove obstacles for sustainable performance.
