Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Vice President, Consultant Relations to join our Revenue leadership team. This remote role leads a team of seven Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers, owning end-to-end consultant relations strategy to eliminate barriers to mental health.

You will build partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms, drive pipeline growth, and coordinate with marketing and sales to align go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 7 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams focused on large/jumbo employer clients.
• Strong relationships with national benefit consulting firms.
• Data-driven, analytical approach with market opportunity insight.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a consultant relations strategy that drives Spring Health awareness and advocacy across the employer and Health Plan healthcare benefit space.
• Lead and develop a team of Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers by providing clear feedback and guidance that enables growth.
• Drive pipeline growth through targeted strategies and deep partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.
• Educate the market by building high-level relationships with leaders across top-tier consulting firms.
