You will guide executive-level claim operations, manage a large team, and drive cost control, service excellence, and talent development across domestic and foreign distribution partners.

• 15+ years within claims.
• 7+ years with Commercial, Excess & Surplus claims.
• 10+ years management.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and manages high level Leaders and specialized claim staff handling high-severity claims with large value.
• Develops and executes organizational strategies to meet performance goals in Claim handling.
• Strategic leader of Claim Operations for Commercial, Excess & Surplus including key segments and authority delegation.
• Partners with Chief Claims Officer to develop and implement new or enhanced claim handling processes.
• Communicates and drives claim performance to achieve results and align with division goals.
• Participates in industry committees and sponsors leadership development programs.

Educación

Undergraduate degree preferred

Graduate degree a plus
