Job summary

LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks an Electronics Technician, Journeyman to support FAA EPICS contracts across various sites. You will contribute to surveys, installation, testing, and documentation of VoICE and related electronic systems essential to modernizing FAA facilities.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with FAA standards, with travel across the U.S. as needed.

Qualifications

Requires: High School Diploma; strong knowledge of VoIP systems and electronic infrastructure.
Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with 6+ years of experience.
Experience with electronic testing tools and document control practices; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Perform surveys, installation, and maintenance of VoICE/Radio systems at FAA sites.
Troubleshoot issues and improve maintenance procedures and documentation.
Collect and maintain system documentation including schematics and test procedures.
Ensure compliance with FAA standards and technical specs.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program management on deployments.
Support configuration control and document updates.
Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and conduct tests.
Replace defective components and document maintenance actions.
