micro1 is seeking a Voice Actor/Coaches contractor to support an AI voice and speech project. You will analyze audio samples, describe vocal attributes, and deliver detailed written reports to help train next-generation models.

Remote collaboration is required. Strong English skills, background in voice work, and reliable internet with good headphones are essential for accurate analyses and documentation.

Qualifications

• Professional background in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of speech analysis, prosody, intonation, phonetics, and dialect variation.
• Experience with audio or sound engineering, especially in evaluating recording quality.
• Familiarity with resonance, placement, and breath control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (B2+).
• Reliable internet and quality headphones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze short speech recordings and provide precise written assessments using professional voice terminology.
• Describe vocal characteristics such as age, gender, accent, dialect, and pitch.
• Evaluate emotional tone, energy, articulation, and delivery style across scripts.
• Assess audio production: room sound, microphone or headset, and environment quality.
• Deliver clear, detailed written reports to support AI model training.
• Collaborate asynchronously via digital platforms to provide high-quality input.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in analyses and documentation.
