Qualifications

• Experience in voice acting or coaching.
• Strong knowledge of speech analysis, prosody, intonation, phonetics and accents.
• Experience in audio evaluation and recording quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze short speech recordings and produce precise written assessments using voice terminology.
• Describe vocal characteristics: age, gender, accent, voice quality, resonance, pitch, intonation, and more.
• Deliver clear, detailed written reports to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Assess room sound, device type and recording environment quality in analyses.
• Provide objective input asynchronously through digital platforms while maintaining confidentiality.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Analyze short speech recordings and produce precise, structured written assessments using professional voice terminology.
• Identify and describe vocal characteristics such as age, gender, accent or dialect (when confident), vocal quality, resonance, phonation type, pitch, intonation, breath support, rhythm, and tempo.
• Evaluate emotional tone, energy, articulation clarity, and overall delivery style, noting nuances between scripted, spontaneous, or conversational samples.
• Assess audio production aspects, including room sound, device type (microphone, headset, phone), and recording environment quality (studio or home).
• Deliver observations in clear, detailed written reports, using consistent technical language to facilitate AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate asynchronously via digital platforms, providing objective, high-quality input to enhance voice and speech systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout all analyses and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional background in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, vocal pedagogy, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of speech analysis, prosody, intonation, phonetics, accent and dialect variation, and vocal quality assessment.
• Experience with audio or sound engineering, especially in evaluating recording quality and acoustic environments.
• Familiarity with technical vocal concepts such as resonance, placement, and breath control.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); native proficiency in any language is welcome.
• Reliable internet connection and high-quality headphones to ensure accurate audio assessment.
