Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Voice Actors and Voice Coaches to support an AI project focused on voice and speech technology. You will assess recordings, apply professional voice terminology, and provide clear technical reports while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates should have a professional background in voice acting or dialect coaching, strong speech analysis skills, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Remote, project-based, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Professional background in voice acting, dialect coaching, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of speech analysis, prosody, and phonetics.
• Understanding of resonance, voice placement, phonation, and breath control.

Responsibilities

• Analyze speech recordings and provide structured assessments using professional voice terminology.
• Evaluate vocal quality, resonance, phonation, pitch, intonation, rhythm, tempo, and breath support.
• Identify accents, dialects, phonetic characteristics, and speech patterns when confidently identifiable.
• Assess emotional tone, energy, articulation, and delivery style.
• Evaluate recording quality, including microphones, devices, room acoustics, and environments.
• Produce clear technical reports to support AI voice and speech training.
• Provide objective feedback while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
