Responsibilities

• Assesses claimants' education, training and work experiences; identifies vocational assets and potential reemployment options.
• Develops and implements comprehensive return-to-work or retraining plans addressing medical, vocational and psychosocial factors.
• Coordinates with employers, claim staff, providers and carriers to support disability rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies.
