Job summary

Leading Edge is seeking a Manager, Communications to shape our visual and social storytelling across digital channels. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications, you will translate brand guidelines into warm, high-quality assets and own a scalable design system.

You will lead social strategy, video production, paid campaigns, and AI-assisted design tools to deliver on-brand content with high volume while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in communications, social media, or creative content.
• Experience producing video and social content that builds an engaged audience.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets.
• Strong brand storytelling and design sense for consistent output.
• Nonprofit or mission-driven background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms.
• Lead strategy and production for video content and campaigns.
• Produce and schedule social content and video for campaigns, conferences, and program launches.
• Own paid social advertising including budget management and performance reporting.
• Moderate social platforms and manage the shared communications inbox.
• Track and report on organic and paid social performance.
