Job summary

The Clearing, Inc. is seeking a Visual Consultant to bridge design, strategy, and problem-solving for clients in government and private sectors.

You will create compelling visuals across infographics, reports, data visualizations, and brand systems while contributing to both creative execution and strategy. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, turning complex information into clear visual content and ensuring accessibility and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field and a portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop print and digital deliverables including infographics, presentations, and reports.
• Turn complex data into clear, engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with designers, cross-functional teams, and clients.
• Develop templates and design systems to support brand consistency.
• Support proposals and client relationships.
• Ensure deliverables meet accessibility standards.
