This role emphasizes clear storytelling through design and practical, accessible outputs. You will turn complex information into compelling visuals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help build design systems while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain US clearance.
• 4+ years in graphic design, visual communications, information design, UX, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, accessibility, and human-centered design.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with tight deadlines.
• Portfolio showing branding, web/mobile design, data visualizations, and interactive media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate high-quality print and digital deliverables, including infographics, presentations, one-pagers, data visualizations, wireframes, logos, and more.
• Turn complex information and data into clear, engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with designers, cross-functional teams, and clients to refine visuals.
• Apply typography, hierarchy, and balance to align with branding and messaging.
• Ensure deliverables meet accessibility standards and Section 508 compliance.
• Develop templates, design systems, and asset libraries for brand consistency.
• Support proposals, business development, and client relationships.
