Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 4+ years of graphic design or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related design field.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, accessibility, and human-centered design.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with tight deadlines.
• Independent worker who collaborates effectively with teams.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate high-quality print and digital deliverables (infographics, presentations, one-pagers, data visualizations, logos).
• Turn complex information into clear, engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with designers, cross-functional teams, and clients on visual deliverables.
• Understand client objectives and create clear creative solutions.
• Apply typography, hierarchy, and balance to align with branding.
• Ensure accessibility standards and 508 compliance for visuals.
• Develop templates, design systems, and asset libraries for brand consistency.
• Support proposal design, business development, and client relationships.
