AmeriCorps VISTA Leader – Project Coordination & Sustainability Specialist (Virtual) is tasked with refining systems that support recruitment, VAD and SOL development, and program continuity. The Leader collaborates virtually with the Program Director, site supervisors, intermediary sites, and VISTA members to enhance operations.

The role includes peer support, program reporting, and coordinating resources to ensure continuity across multiple sites while working remotely from Texas.

Qualifications

• Some college education required.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Refine systems for recruitment, VAD and SOL development, and project tracking.
• Provide peer support to VISTA members and coordinate with program leadership remotely.
