As a Fullmind School Counselor, you will deliver evaluations, create intervention plans, and document progress toward IEP goals. The role requires an active Arizona School Counselor certificate and US work authorization, with FERPA-compliant tech setup.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona School Counselor certificate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with IEPs and FERPA compliance.
• Experience delivering remote school counseling services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual school counselor services to support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth.
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and reports to inform interventions.
• Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with required rigor.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress.
• Notify campus and district contacts about missed sessions and safety concerns.
