Stie Yai seeks licensed mental health professionals to deliver engaging, individualized virtual counseling for students, aligned with IEP social-emotional goals and academic needs.

Work entirely remotely with a flexible schedule, set your own hourly rate per assignment, and partner with families, school psychologists, and districts to coordinate wraparound care.

Spanish/English bilingual candidates are preferred; you must pass a background check and maintain a quiet, professional work environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual counseling and support tailored to each student's mental health goals, IEP social-emotional objectives, and unique psychological profile.
• Create structured intervention strategies and wellness plans addressing school-related anxiety, executive dysfunction, depression, behavioral challenges, or social-emotional learning milestones.
• Adapt support in real time based on student crisis levels, engagement, and emotional regulation, providing a safe, empathetic, and confidential virtual space.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, school psychologists, and school district partners to ensure wraparound care and regulatory compliance.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Valid state licensure/certification (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or certified School Counselor).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults in school, clinical, or tele-health settings.
• Deep understanding of IEPs, 504 plans, and how mental health impacts academic performance.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and engaging students online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Preferred but not required: bilingual Spanish/English skills.
