Job summary

K Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to deliver fully remote, video-based primary care across preventive, sick, and chronic care. Clinicians must be board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine and licensed in NJ, NY, TX, WI, MN, or IA (or hold IMLC).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of post-residency work experience in primary care (in-person)
• Active licensure in NJ, NY, TX, WI, MN, or IA or active IMLC license
• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Experience with virtual visits required
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Clean medical malpractice history and background
• Commit to 40 hours per week (36 clinical hours)
• Available Monday and Friday with flexible start times
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Interest in longitudinal patient relationships and chronic care
• Comfort managing acute conditions virtually
• Experience handling 3+ cases per hour
• Eager to learn and implement cutting-edge tech

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote setting
• Elevate remote care with compassionate patient encounters
• Manage a dedicated patient panel as their primary care physician
• Refer patients to specialists when needed
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients
• Support post-discharge patients to improve understanding of treatment plans
• Practice continuous self-evaluation to adhere to guidelines
