Job summary

Namely is seeking board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual primary care services. You will deliver comprehensive care across various patient needs, utilizing telehealth technology and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of primary care experience and must hold an active Nurse Practitioner and RN license, along with board certification. This position offers a base salary target of $125,000 along with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in primary care.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN license.
• Current and active board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual primary care through video visits.
• Manage a panel of patients delivering comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with the Care and Case Management team.
