Job summary

KEMBA Financial Credit Union Inc. in Columbus, OH, seeks a Virtual Branch Sales Assistant Manager to coach and develop the Virtual Branch Sales & Float Representatives, ensuring consistent service, strong performance, and adherence to policies.

This role also acts as the Virtual Branch Sales Manager when needed, providing leadership and oversight to deliver excellent member experiences. You will lead weekly meetings, conduct call reviews, train new associates, and monitor performance against

Qualifications

Associates degree in Business or Finance or related education and experience.
1–3 years of managerial and operations experience.
3–5 years of sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares for and facilitates weekly team meeting
Conducts call reviews and coaches to improved service quality
Assigns work to associates; reviews quality of work and coaches improvement
Assists with new associate training and cross training as necessary
Holds associates accountable to sales, service and operational performance expectations
Completes performance appraisals
Leads and supports daily Virtual Branch Sales Representatives operations
Handles escalated member calls and complaints, owning resolution of concern
Reviews NPS data to discover trends or service gaps, providing recommendations
Monitors call activity and reassigns staff as appropriate
Achieves assigned individual loan and deposit goals
