Assetlink Village Services is seeking a Village Manager to lead daily operations of a mining village on a full-time FIFO roster ex Perth. You will oversee accommodation, catering, cleaning, safety, and resident experience, while confidently leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

You will ensure compliance with HACCP, WHS and mine-site requirements, and manage budgets, rostering, reporting, and documentation.

Formación

• Experience managing village operations within remote or mining environments.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Experience budgeting, stock management, reporting and operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite teams across village services operations.
• Maintain high standards in catering, accommodation, housekeeping and cleaning.
• Build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive safety culture through toolbox talks, audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Manage village budgets, stock control, reporting, payroll reconciliation and costs.
• Ensure HACCP, WHS legislation, food safety standards and mine-site requirements.
