Job summary

Philips is seeking a Vigilance Reporting Specialist in the Nashville/Plymouth area to lead complex post-market investigations from intake to closure. You will analyze complaints for safety issues, perform root cause analyses, and document findings with actionable resolutions.

The role requires a degree in Medical Sciences or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, with knowledge of CAPA processes and QMS standards. Hybrid office/remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences or related field with 4+ years' experience.
• Experience with medical devices, quality assurance/control, or complaint management.
• Knowledge of post-market surveillance, QMS, regulatory requirements, and CAPA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex post-market complaint and adverse-event investigations from intake to closure.
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and safety concerns; develop investigation plans.
• Ensure accurate coding and records; prepare customer and internal response letters.
• Support training and qualification of new investigators on complaint handling and regulatory requirements.
