Job summary

RWS is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Vietnamese (USA). This freelance, remote, part-time role offers flexible scheduling, starting immediately.

You will participate in short voice conversations with AI models, follow prompts, evaluate responses for relevance, accuracy, and clarity, and provide objective ratings per project guidelines. Ideal candidates are native Vietnamese speakers with fluent English (B2–C2).

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Vietnamese
• English Proficiency: Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2-C2)
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions
• Evaluate AI responses based on factors such as relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations
