Job summary

RWS in the United States is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Vietnamese (USA). The role is freelance and remote, with part-time hours flexible across the week.

You will engage in short voice conversations with AI models, follow scenarios, evaluate responses for relevance, accuracy and clarity, and provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines. Start date is immediate.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Vietnamese.
• English proficiency at B2-C2 level or higher.
• Experience or interest in machine learning tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, or data annotation/labeling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
