Job summary

They engage Vietnamese bilingual experts to review audio content, evaluate nativeness and fluency, and provide written feedback to guide model development.

The role is entirely remote as a contractor, requiring native-level Vietnamese and at least B2 English proficiency for documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese, with strong written and spoken skills.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Vietnamese and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Vietnamese language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.
