Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of long-form video content that engaged and retained audiences for brands, channels, or personal projects.
• Ability to explain the creative concepts, structure, and performance outcomes behind your work.
• Strong understanding of poker as entertainment content and what makes moments engaging.
• Proven ability to take video projects from concept through completion, including ideation and editing.
• Excellent storytelling and structural instincts to identify core narratives and trim extraneous elements.
• Strong production planning and project-management skills with multiple concurrent videos or channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-form video concepts for YouTube, ambassador collaborations, partnerships, and other content initiatives.
• Plan and source footage including streams, tournament coverage, shoots, and partner material.
• Shape story and structure from concept to final edit, focusing on pacing and alignment with titles and thumbnails.
• Direct or guide editors to ensure quality, pacing, and consistency across outputs.
• Adapt concepts, tone, and visual style across channels, brands, partners, and audiences.
• Manage production schedules across multiple projects, coordinating shoots, edits, and delivery.
