Job summary

Sledge is hiring a Content Creator/Influencer to be a pure, video-first creator: someone who can shoot it, star in it, and get it live across all formats and platforms. This is a video-heavy role, from vlogs to long-form YouTube content, and requires taking initiative without waiting to be told what to shoot.

You’ll vlog and film day-to-day content, run ongoing series, shoot reels, live streams, and collaborate with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable on camera and able to perform in front of the lens.
• Proven videography skills from shooting to basic editing.
• Portfolio showing range across formats: vlogs, shorts, long-form, and live.

Responsibilities

• Vlog, film, and star in day-to-day content across channels.
• Set up and run ongoing content series.
• Shoot and produce reels, Shorts, and long-form video.
• Host live streams and perform on multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with strategy and generate content ideas.
• Capture real jobsite moments and product use.
• Jump on trends quickly.
