Qualifications

• Proven ability to create scroll-stopping short-form ads that drive sales.
• Portfolio or reel with direct-response ads for mobile-first social content.
• Fluent with Premiere Pro and CapCut for TikTok and Instagram edits.

Responsibilities

• Craft Story-Driven Ads from raw footage to high-performing TikTok/Instagram content.
• Cut for performance by optimizing hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs.
• Test, analyze, and optimize creative based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Creative teams to maintain brand voice.
• Deliver platform-ready versions with multiple aspect ratios and clear asset controls.
