You will collaborate with marketing and design teams, edit high-volume videos with speed, ensure brand voice, and stay ahead of trends while maintaining organized libraries. Remote role with occasional shoots; on-site for shoots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video editing experience in social/commerce or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong 2D animation, typography, and motion graphics.
• Experience producing for mobile and paid social campaigns.
• Ability to edit end-to-end with clean project handoff.
• Excellent organization of video asset libraries.
• Familiarity with platform-specific formats and best practices.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital video work across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-volume short-form videos for campaigns, social, and ads.
• Repurpose existing content into fresh videos, testing hooks and formats.
• Add motion graphics, text animations, and transitions.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to align with brand voice.
• Optimize videos for Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok.
• Stay up-to-date with video trends and creative best practices.
• Iterate edits based on performance data and feedback.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and project files.
• Provide feedback to videographers for shot framing and crops.
• On-site shoots as needed; ensure brand consistency.
