UMAEZ LLC is seeking a high-output video editor for paid social content across US, Malaysia, and the Philippines. You will edit UGC-style and direct-response ads, using briefs from strategists and creators to deliver polished, platform-ready content at a reliable pace.

This role emphasizes performance-driven edits, rapid revisions, and the ability to switch between brand voices for multi-market campaigns while maintaining quality and pace.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of edited video ads for paid social or DTC brands.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and CapCut; able to work fast.
• Understanding of hook structure, attention retention, and format differences for Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC-style and direct-response video ads from raw footage, with fast edits, strong pacing, and hooks in the first 3 seconds.
• Apply motion graphics, captions, text overlays, sound design, and music for platform-ready content across Meta and TikTok.
• Work from briefs and scripts, contribute editorial eye, and produce multiple concept versions efficiently.
• Submit first cuts on time and respond to revision notes quickly and accurately.
• Stay current on UGC trends and platform-native formats; organize project files per SOPs.
• Support repurposing high-performing content into new formats as needed.
