Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring an in-house Video Editor to join a fast-growing DTC brand and own paid and organic video assets while maintaining strict brand consistency across channels. You’ll become a deeply integrated member of the internal creative team.

You’ll design, edit, and optimize short-form videos, testimonials, UGC, and motion content, collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines and drive performance in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on video editing experience with a portfolio in the DTC/e-commerce/tech space.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and CapCut, plus color correction experience.
• Strong creative instincts and collaborative communication to work with internal stakeholders.
• Experience using task management platforms such as Asana or Monday.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form video content for organic social channels and paid ad campaigns.
• Edit sit-down customer interview footage and testimonials into compelling, story-driven clips.
• Compile user-generated content into polished assets and build motion content for campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, goals, and legal guidelines across formats.
• Resize, recut, add text overlays, and apply transitions to refresh assets.
• Collaborate with teammates and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
