Job summary

Flex is seeking a creative, efficient freelance video editor to elevate our short-form content across internal and external digital channels. You’ll own the end-to-end editing process from raw footage to polished, channel-ready videos, and you’ll use AI-powered tools to maximize efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications

• Experience editing hi-fi and lo-fi educational, tutorial, brand and campaign content.
• Experience with captions, title cards, blur effects, retouching, GIFs, and paid social video.
• Experience crafting UGC-style content for CPG brands.
• Proficient with AI-powered editing tools.
• Fast, organized, reliable with quick turnarounds.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end editing from raw footage to final videos for multiple channels.
• Use AI tools to maximize efficiency and output quality.
• Collaborate with team and iterate based on feedback.
• Deliver trend-forward content suitable for Organic Social, E-commerce, and Paid Ads.
