Responsibilities

• Define and oversee a differentiated luxury brand portfolio and assortment strategy.
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage partnerships on margins, exclusivity, and marketing.
• Own product attributes and optimize SKU productivity across online and stores.
• Drive visual merchandising standards across the store fleet and e-commerce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Retail Ops.
• Mentor merchandising team and build a high-performance culture.
