Thrive Mansfield is seeking a Multisite Veterinary Relations Manager for remote work with travel to Dallas/Fort Worth area clinics. The role focuses on expanding referral networks, coordinating CE events, and supporting Thrive Specialty services through strategic partnerships.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership, CSR, and marketing teams to drive referral growth across our markets and ensure high-quality client care and brand execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Veterinary industry experience
• 5+ years in Marketing experience
• Experience in B2B relationship development or referral growth
• Ability to travel to covered clinics and attend community events

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize CE events at diverse venues and secure CE credits
• Lead multi-location referral growth initiatives with hospital leadership
• Coordinate with CSR and Specialty Coordinators on referral metrics and reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians and practice staff
• Travel to designated clinics to support THRIVE Thrive Mansfield locations and markets
