Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Multisite Veterinary Relations Manager to act as a liaison between practices and referring veterinarians across multiple locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This primarily remote role supports referral growth for Thrive's specialty services and coordinates local marketing for the entire practice network.

The role requires strong relationship development, exceptional communication, and a background in veterinary marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Veterinary industry experience required.
• 5+ years in Marketing experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in B2B relationship development or referral growth is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between practices and referring veterinarians within the market and surrounding areas.
• Manage referral and reputation continuum for all specialty departments of the hospital.
• Plan and execute multi-modal local marketing for the entire practice and assigned service lines.
