Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Group Clinical Trials Manager to lead the operational delivery of sponsored clinical trials across its international veterinary network. The role is home-based with regular travel to clinics and meetings across Europe and North America.

You will manage sponsor relationships, develop project plans, and ensure GCP compliance while growing the clinical trials function within a global veterinary group. Travel and stakeholder engagement are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Veterinary, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification (MSc, PhD or Project Management certification) is desirable.
• Clinical qualification and line-management experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of multiple clinical trials across veterinary clinics; ensure compliance and high standards.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact throughout trial lifecycle; build strong sponsor/CRO relationships.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Recruit and onboard veterinary clinics into studies; deliver GCP and protocol training.
• Drive trial enrolment and engagement activities to maximise participation; guide protocol implementation.
