Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Group Clinical Trials Manager to lead sponsored veterinary trials across our international network. This home-based role requires regular travel to clinics and meetings across Europe, the UK, and North America, coordinating sponsors, CROs and clinical teams to ensure trials run to the highest standards.

You will build plans, manage timelines, onboard clinics, ensure GCP compliance and mentor regional trial coordinators, in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, veterinary, life sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' clinical trials experience and proven project management delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of multiple clinical trials across our international network.
• Act as primary contact for sponsors throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and CRO partners.
• Develop project plans, timelines and risk management strategies.
• Recruit and onboard veterinary clinics into clinical studies.
• Support and deliver GCP and protocol training.
• Drive study enrolment and engagement to maximise participation.
• Provide guidance on protocol implementation and study delivery.
• Monitor study progress and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Manage and support regional Clinical Trial Coordinators.
• Ensure trial activities comply with GCP and regulations.
