Boutique Veterans Law Firm in Chicago seeks an Associate Attorney to join their team on a mostly remote basis. The role focuses on VA Disability Benefits, Disabilities & Injuries affecting Veterans, and Military Discharge.

This position offers a total compensation package of $100,000–$120,000, including base salary up to $80,000 and profit-sharing bonuses, plus Health Insurance and a 401(k). Flexible working hours are roughly 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience as an attorney in Veterans Disability Law.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.
• VA Accreditation and PIV card (or close to receiving).
