Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across the Vessel Closure portfolio focusing on Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, and Interventional Radiologists.
• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy aligned with marketing to deliver best-in-class execution.
• Drive contracting efforts to secure favorable positions in regional hospital accounts.
• Forecast, plan, and report on sales activities with adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop direct reports, monitor performance, and ensure product knowledge and presentation skills.
