Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure, to support case planning, case coverage, and product pull-through across the designated territory. The role emphasizes clinical education and customer training in hospital settings to drive sales of vascular products.

You will engage with electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, and hospital staff, delivering demonstrations and education while building relationships and ensuring successful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in hospital settings.
• Focus on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff for Vessel Closure portfolio.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product value.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision-makers.
• Provide clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
