Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large vendor accounts preferred.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and drive improvements based on data.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates work within the vendor management team.
• Communicates with vendors to ensure member/provider satisfaction and quality performance.
• Analyzes key performance data to monitor program productivity and compliance.
• Uses data storytelling to convey insights from data.
• Builds and reviews reports to leverage performance data for metrics and process improvements.
• Acts as liaison between internal departments and vendors to handle escalations.
• Represents Centene in new business/process implementations from launch through daily operations.
• Performs root cause analyses with vendors to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborates with QA to identify ways to enhance member/provider experiences based on metrics.
• Schedules vendor training and educates on new products/services.
• Other duties as assigned and compliant with policies.
