Qualifications

• Excel skills with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables and formulas.
• 1+ years of experience managing schedules, tasks, and priorities.
• Experience with financial data, invoicing, or forecasting.
• PMO or project coordination experience.
• Experience consolidating and analyzing large datasets for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience using AI tools to clean, organize, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Sub Time activities including coordinating setup of resource assignments and time-entry issues.
• Purchase order setup, maintenance, and monitoring including requisitions and change requests.
• Invoice payment review and submission to accounts payable.
• Coordination with stakeholders to promote smooth subcontractor roll-on.
