Echelon Risk + Cyber is seeking a Senior Consultant for our growing vCISO Practice. You will lead client engagements, quality-review outcomes, and coach junior consultants while shaping security programs across diverse industries.

This remote U.S.-based role offers opportunities to own major client initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders. You will build security roadmaps, manage risks, and help expand the practice, all while upholding Echelon's culture of integrity and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in governance, risk, and compliance within cybersecurity.
• Proven experience leading client-facing engagements and workshops.
• Strong mentoring ability and team coaching.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and deliverables for vCISO programs.
• Plan, run workshops, and advise senior stakeholders.
• Review team work for quality and ensure alignment with standards.
• Develop and improve engagement processes and templates.
• Grow accounts and contribute to business development.
• Coach junior consultants and manage multiple engagements.
