Aptura is seeking Subject Matter Experts with venture capital experience to design and test complex Excel models (cap tables, round models, exit waterfalls). You will translate your own VC work into realistic tasks and write precise yes-or-no rubrics. This fully remote contractor role runs for about 4–6 weeks with weekly payments.

Start date is immediate; you will work independently, producing human-built input workbooks and onboarding tasks. AI/evaluation concepts are central to the process.

Formación

• 3+ years in venture capital, startup finance or venture law covering seed to growth-stage rounds.
• Deep hands-on Excel: cap tables, SAFE and note conversions, liquidation preferences, nested formulas and named ranges.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Attention to detail, and willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals.

Responsabilidades

• Writing realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own work: extending existing models, fixing broken ones and building from a brief
• Working through each task yourself so there is a clear, correct answer
• Writing yes-or-no criteria precise enough that a grader can mark any attempt against them
