Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Code General and Trauma surgery cases with ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS.
• Review clinical documentation and diagnostic results to extract codes.
• Ensure services are coded per official guidelines and payer requirements.
• Maintain 95% accuracy and high productivity in coding.
• Notify supervisor and facility for delays or denials; process re-bills per policy.
