Job summary

Gore is seeking a Sales Development Strategist to lead and continuously improve vascular imaging education and related programs for the US sales organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful learning experiences that enhance knowledge, confidence, and sales effectiveness.

The role requires strong program leadership, facilitation, and project management, with travel up to 40% and a remote-first work arrangement within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical education experience in live cases or education.
• Advanced certification and/or demonstrated expertise in endovascular imaging modalities (CT, IVUS, angiography).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for complex clinical topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and improve sales education programs and imaging education for the US Vascular Sales team.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategies into impactful learning experiences.
• Lead planning, coordination, and management of education programs with aligned timelines.
• Design engaging learning experiences on imaging, procedures, diseases, products, and business concepts.
• Serve as a development partner to Sales Associates and trainers to support performance.
